This includes gym costs for up to two weekly practice plus additional clinics, when available. Uniforms which include Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt and sweat pants, two game shirts, two game shorts and socks. Any USVBA registration (insurance) fees. All score keeping and referee clinics. Coaches stipend and administrative fees. All fees for 6-7 local or region single day tournaments. A maximum of 12 girls per team and a minimum of 10. This base fee does not include room and board for any travel  tournament.

Any travel tournament expenses such as hotel rooms, tournament fees, airfare and coaches traveling expenses will be billed separately and shared equally among all players. If you do not or are not able to attend, a travel tournament you will be billed an amount equal to all other players on your team. All parents and/or players as part of the commitment involved with being part of this team understand this. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis. Any of these travel expenses can be offset through separate team fundraising activities.

Payment Terms: 2008/09 Club Fees: $990.00. A $500.00 deposit is due at tryouts. Please make two checks one for tryout fee and the other for the deposit. If you are not chosen or choose not to accept our offer for placement onto a team, your $500.00 check will be returned to you.  The balance of the club fee will be due as follows $290.00 on or before 12/15/08, and balance of $200.00 on or before 1/15/09. Payments can be mailed in or handed in at practice. The entire club fee can be paid in full at any time prior to 1/15/09.
