2007/08 Team Payment Agreement: girls teams 13's, 16 Regional, 18 Regional

Total base fee for this team is $1100.00

This includes gym costs for up to two weekly practice plus additional clinics, when available. Uniforms which include Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt and sweat pants, two game shirts, One tee shirt, two game shorts and socks. Any USVBA registration and insurance fees. All score keeping and referee clinics. Coaches stipend and administrative fees. All fees for 7 - 8 local or region single day tournaments. Multiple day tournaments will bill invoiced separately. A maximum of 12 girls per team and a minimum of 10. This base fee does not include room and board for any tournament.

Any travel tournament expenses such as hotel rooms, tournament fees, airfare and coaches traveling expenses will be billed separately and shared equally among all players. If you do not or are not able to attend, a travel tournament you will be billed an amount equal to all other players on your team. All parents and/or players as part of the commitment involved with being part of this team understand this. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis. Any of these travel expenses can be offset through separate team fundraising activities.

Payment Terms: 2007/08 Club Fees: $1100.00 with a $550.00 deposit (due at tryouts). Please make two checks one for tryout fee and the other for the deposit. If you are not chosen or choose not to accept our offer for placement onto a team, your $550.00 check will be returned to you.  The balance of the club fee will be due as follows $275.00 on or before 1/15/08, and balance of $275.00 on or before 2/15/08. Payments can be mailed in or handed in at practice. The entire club fee can be paid in full at any time prior to 2/15/08.

Any player whose account is not up to date will not be permitted to attend a practice or tournament until their account is brought up to date, or alternate payment plans are made and agreed upon by the club directors. A $20 late fee will be applied to your account each month if an unpaid balance exists. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks. Please make all checks out to "Brandywine Volleyball Club". Cash is also accepted. We cannot accept credit cards. Please do not put us in a position where we must prohibit a child from participating in a practice or tournament. As a club, we need a steady influx of funds to pay for the constantly occurring expenses. We have established a policy of payment plans for your benefit. Players making the decision to quit a team after accepting a position on the team is still responsible for club payments due and are not entitled a refund for payments made. Players who quit before the end of a current season are not eligible to participate in the next calendar year club season.
