Signing up for tryouts? 4 simple steps: 1.) Check your date of birth on the age chart. 2.) Tryout Registration Form for BVC 3.) Registration for CHRVA: Click here for Information about the CHRVA Registration process 4.) Mail in the Tryout Form along with your registration fee ($20.00 before the night of tryouts, it's $30.00 the night of) a copy of your CHRVA registration card, and your club deposit (see club fee's on Payment Agreement Form) but remember registration fee and deposit must be separate checks.Your deposit check is not deposited until you accept a position on one of our teams. Interested in becoming a "practice player"?

Club Fee's for 2010/11 (Season beginning Nov. 2010 thru April 2011)
Girls 12's Team: $ This includes gym costs for two weekly practice plus additional clinics. Uniform cost is included in your club fee and this includes the Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt and sweat pants, two game shirts, two game shorts, club tee and socks. Team USVBA insurance fees. All score keeping and referee clinics, coaches stipend and administrative fees. All fees for 6 local or region single day tournaments Plus the entrance fee for the NorthEast Qualifier. A maximum of 11 girls per team and a minimum of 10. This base fee does not include room and board for any travel tournament, nor does it include the players portion of the coaches travel expenses.
Girls Club Level Teams: $ This includes gym costs for two weekly practice plus additional clinics. Uniform cost is included in your club fee and this includes the Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt and sweat pants, two game shirts, one tee shirt, two game shorts, club tee and socks. Any USVBA team insurance fees. All score keeping and referee clinics, coaches stipend and administrative fees. All fees for 5 - 6 local or region single day tournaments. Multiple day tournament entrance fees included which is Either the Monument City Classic in Richmond, VA or the Capitol Hill Classic in Washington, DC.. A maximum of 11 girls per team and a minimum of 9. This base fee does not include room and board for any tournament, nor does it include the players portion of the coaches travel expenses.
Girls Open Level Teams: $ This includes gym costs for two weekly practice plus additional clinics. Uniform cost is included in your club fee and this includes the Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt and sweat pants, three game shirts, one tee shirt, two game shorts, club tee and 2 pairs team socks. Any USVBA team insurance fees. All score keeping and referee clinics, coaches stipend and administrative fees. All fees for 4 local or region single day tournaments. Multiple day tournament entrance fees are included which is The Monument City Classic in Richmond, VA and the Capitol Hill Classic in Washington, DC and the NorthEast Qualifier. A maximum of 11 girls per team and a minimum of 9. This base fee does not include room and board for any tournament, nor does it include the players portion of the coaches travel expenses.
Practice Players: $ This includes gym costs for two weekly practice plus additional clinics, when available. Uniforms which include Brandywine team bag, hooded sweat shirt, one tee shirt, and socks (for girl’s teams). Team USVBA insurance fees, coach’s stipend and administrative fees. Once you have made the team you will need to print out these additional forms and bring them with you to the first team meeting:
The Payment agreement for the team your daughter made, the 2011 Medical Release form, the Parents Code of Conduct Form, the Permission To Participate Form and a copy of your daughters birth certificate. All these forms can be found below.
