The following are the 3 weeks that we will be staffing the high school level volleyball (evening) camps at Wilmington Friends School: The times for the evening camp sessions are 6:30pm to 9:30pm - Monday thru Thursday nights.

• Session I July 5 - 8, 2010: Position Training - Pass/Defense/Serving - Passing/Defense training will include movement on the court, footwork, platform, arm position and more...Serving training will include toss of the ball, arm movement, contact point, and position serving. Campers are divided into skill levels.

• Session II July 12 - 15, 2010: Position Training - Setting - Setter's Training will include hand positioning, footwork, set selection, tempo sets and much more. Campers are divided into skill levels.

• Session III July 12 - 15: Position Training - Attacking/Blocking - At this training camp you will work on your approach (from all 3 front row positions), arm swing and contact, block positioning and footwork, net movement. Campers are divided into skill levels.

• Session IV August 9 - 12: All Skills - For all levels of play - Focus is on serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense and serve receive with emphasis on serving and passing. Campers are divided into skill levels. THIS CAMP IS FULL - HOPE TO SEE YOU AT CAMP NEXT YEAR!

Each camp session will feature such extras as: Dynamic flexibility, Ladders, Sports Performance training for Quickness and Agility

We will hosting the above skills specific volleyball camps on these evenings (from 6:30pm to 9:30pm). These camps are for those girls in high school in the fall of 2010.

IMPORTANT INFO: There is limited availability. We will hold our number of campers to (approximately) 40 per session. These dates will fill fast so please contact us ASAP

• The cost per week of camp is $225.00 per camper.

Wilmington Friends School is one of the premier facilities in the tri-state area. We can hold up to 4 full size volleyball courts for training. Wilmington Friends School is located at 101 School Road, Alapocas, Wilmington, DE 19803. Just off Rt. 202 and I-95.
